Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your purchase of and participation in The Clarity Collective workshop, mastermind, and membership, offered by Christie Junge LLC, doing business as The Clarity Collective ("The Clarity Collective," "we," "us"). By buying a ticket or enrolling, you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
- 3-Day Financial Clarity Workshop: live access to three online sessions and replay access for ticket holders.
- 6-Month Mastermind: weekly live group calls, the 6-month curriculum and materials, community access, and recordings, for the cohort you enroll in.
- Monthly Membership: ongoing community access, the recordings archive, and one live monthly call, billed monthly until you cancel.
2. Payment
- Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars.
- The mastermind can be paid in full or through the 6-payment plan. Choosing the payment plan means you agree to all 6 monthly payments, charged automatically to the card on file.
- If a payment fails, we'll contact you to update your card. Access may be paused until the account is current.
3. Refunds
- Workshop: you can request a full refund of your workshop ticket up to 1 hour after the first live session (Day 1) starts. Email [email protected] before that time. After that, tickets are non-refundable.
- Mastermind: all mastermind enrollments, paid in full or on the payment plan, are non-refundable. Choosing the payment plan means all 6 payments are due.
- Monthly membership: you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops future charges. Past charges are not refunded.
4. Educational purposes only
The Clarity Collective provides financial education. It is not tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice for your specific situation, and joining does not create a client relationship with A Plus Solutions or any accounting firm. Talk to a qualified professional about your own taxes and legal questions. Results depend on your business and the work you put in, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.
5. Your use of the materials
Course materials, recordings, templates, and the Clarity Dashboard are for your own business use. Please don't resell, share logins, or redistribute them.
6. Community and live calls
Be respectful. What other members share in calls and the community stays private. We may remove anyone who harasses others or shares member information, without a refund.
7. Recordings
Live sessions are recorded and shared with participants. By joining live, you agree your name, image, voice, and chat may appear in recordings available to members.
8. Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, see the Text Messaging section of our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
